A celebration of the workers who keep New York City moving. Click on a name or face to view a short documentary film in which the worker introduces us to their world, their work, and their dreams for the future. Music in each film was selected by the participant. The project also involves banners with life-size painted portraits, plus a permanent mural and art installation at the Electrical Industry Training Center in Long Island City.
